Young at Heart

All you music listeners get ready to meet the talented guitarist and singer, the one and only Ziad Matni!!!!!!! Ziad, once member of the “Young Hearts” band, is a multitalented SJS Graduate, Class of 1989. During his days at SJS, Ziad was heavily involved in the Drama Club and the Talent Show. His band even recorded a song that got airplay on the local radio stations. Ziad and his “Young Hearts” band mates, although scattered between the US and Lebanon, are still in touch with each other and hope to reunite soon. In addition to his musical talent, Ziad is also an Electrical Engineer at Inphi Corporation, a startup company in the semiconductor industry. Ziad achieved his Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles where he still resides today. Ziad is married to the wonderful Jennifer Gibbs who’s a university professor and a Labneh & Zaatar addict :-) “I think this website is doing a great service to our alums.
