Those of you who are basketball fans would most probably recognize Joe Moujaes, SJS Graduate Class of 1994. Joe has long been a sports person; one would say a basketball addict. However, this has not kept him from achieving his degree in Civil Engineering from the Lebanese American University (LAU). Joe is currently working at LAU in the capacity of Director of Athletics and being the youngest director at the university. Joe joined the sports field by being Basketball Camp Manager in several countries around the globe: Greece (1996), France (2000), Yugoslavia (2001), Ukraine (2001), and of course Lebanon (1996 - 2001). He has also coached several Lebanese basketball clubs and is still coaching our future Lebanese champions at the Sagesse Club Junior. Joe is a Member of the Sugesse Club Technical Committee as well as The Lebanese Basketball Federation for Mini Basketball Technical Committee. Throughout his career, Joe has received so many medals and cups and participated in several tournaments and championships as a player or coach.
