Joseph Naame, SJS class of 1986, achieved his BS in Sciences from the American University of Beirut (AUB) and continued his studies in medicine where he graduated with honours at the University of G. D’Annunzio - Chiety located in the beautiful and most charming country, Italy. After he accomplished his specialization in Laboratory Medicine (Clinical Pahtology) in November 2002, Joe returned to his native country of Lebanon. He worked for 6 months at Pasteur Hospital in Jounieh before moving to his family laboratory, Laboratoire Dr. Robert Naame in Jdeideh.

Joe is married to charming Maria Ernest Awaragi, who is also an SJS Alumnus Class of 1988. Joe and Maria had their first baby girl Yasmina on August 04, 2003 :-)
