Honeywell International is a $23 billion diversified technology and manufacturing leader of aerospace products and services; control technologies for buildings, homes and industry; automotive products; turbochargers; specialty chemicals; fibers; and electronic and advanced materials. Based in Morris Township, N.J., Honeywell’s shares are traded on the New York, London, Chicago and Pacific Stock Exchanges.
Honeywell’s aerospace business in Phoenix is a leading global provider of integrated avionics, engines, systems and service solutions for aircraft manufacturers, airlines, business and general aviation, military, space and airport operations. George Afeiche, our fellow alumnus, who graduated from SJS in 1991, works at Honeywell in Torrance, California. He is currently involved in developing Nitrogen Generation Systems for Boeing Commercial Airplanes that will reduce flammability of the fuel tanks while increasing their safety. George has one more year to complete his MBA and will be looking for a president-level position at Honeywell. We wish you best of luck in your career, George!
