"Love at first sight"
It’s on a beautiful sunny day of May that George and Hala pronounced an eternal “YES” surrounded by family and friends at Saydet El Bechara Church in Monot - Achrafieh.
Hala, a SJS alumnus (class of 1997) as well as a member of the Alumni Executive Committee, met George while working with him at UNESCO. She says: “It was LOVE at first sight…”
The wedding ceremony was followed by a dinner at Habtoor Grand Hotel where everybody partied until early morning hours.
