Joseph Saoud

Joseph Saoud graduated from Saint Joseph School in 1988 and moved to the US in 1989. Four years later, in 1993, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Honors College of the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with concentration in Banking and Finance. After that, Joseph got an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Following his MBA, in June 1995, he got recruited by Cummins Inc., a corporation of complementary business units that design, manufacture, distribute and service engines and related technologies, including fuel systems, controls, air handling, filtration, emission solutions and electrical power generation systems. Founded in 1919 and headquartered in Columbus, Indiana, (USA) Cummins serves customers in more than 160 countries through its network of 550 Company-owned and independent distributor facilities and more than 5,000 dealer locations. Cummins also ranks 257 on the Fortune 500 list and has 33,500 employees worldwide. Since 1995, Joseph has had eleven different jobs, moved eight times, lived in two different countries, and gotten married. He met and married his wife Isabel Cristina Suarez De La Garza Saoud (in the picture with him) in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. Currently, Joseph is living in Cookeville, Tennessee and is the General Manager of the largest global Cummins Filtration business. However, this coming January, he will be changing roles and moving again to the United Arab Emirates where he will be assuming the Managing Director position for Cummins Inc. in the Greater Middle East. Joseph is very excited about moving to Dubai since this will bring him closer to family and friends in Lebanon, and especially to his nephews Ghazi and Rami.
