The Saint Joseph School football field

After over a decade, the SJS family will be able, once again, to use and appreciate the splendor of the football field which has always been a remarkable landmark at the school.

Saint Joseph School has nearly completed the construction of a state-of-the-art sports facility adjacent to the existing school complex, sporting club, and basketball courts. The facility will be utilized for school activities, sporting events, and various community functions.

The new sports complex, of which the football field is paramount, will create an environment in which students, faculty, administrators, parents, and all members of the community can partake in social and sports-related gatherings.

In addition to the 8000 m2 land parcel allocated for this facility, Saint Joseph School has made a large monetary investment of which USD 290,000 remain in order to complete the football field.

As such, the school is calling upon the generosity and good will of the SJS community to complete this project.

This is where we, alumni, may choose to come in.

So far, the fundraising reached USD 42,000 in less than one month. Every lira counts. We invite you to give back a little (or a LOT, if you so choose).

The funding process

For such, the school created the “Recognition Tree,” which will procure a portion of the funds necessary to complete the project. The “Recognition Tree” will be situated in a prominent place, overlooking the football field, and will bear the names of those who have contributed. All donations will be accepted, although only donations of $200 or more will entitle the contributor to a place on the Tree.

$1 - $199	Saint Joseph Club (entitling contributor to be listed in the Donor's Record).
$200 - $399	Bronze Club (entitling contributor to a bronze leaf).
$400 - $599	Silver Club (entitling contributor to a silver leaf).
$600 - $999	Gold Club (entitling contributor to a gold leaf).
$1000 - $4999	Founder's Circle (entitling contributor to a stone around the Tree).
$5000 or more	Rector's Circle (entitling contributor to a stone at the base of the Tree).
